Welcome to our website, Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. – Starlight Chapter. The Starlight Chapter has served the Las Vegas community for 30 years, and we have been entrusted with continuing the organization's ‘5 Program Thrust’: Status of Women, Senior Citizens, Community Beautification, Community Partnerships, and Top Teens of America. We will continue the growth and development of our youth group ‘Top Teens of America’, and we will create fundraising opportunities for our annual scholarships for our teens.
